No Body Criticism

Well, hello beauties!

Since its beginning, Miss Fashion vs Beauty has welcomed all types of beauty and offers an opportunity to boost your confidence by working what you got, embrace yourself and participate in an original competition (it’s not every day you see fashion models and pageants go up against each other!) in order to raise funds for a matter close to our hearts: The Bobath Childrens’ Therapy Centre in Wales.
To emphasize our stand on beauty, some of you may have noticed that we at Miss Fashion vs Beauty (@modeldirectory1) have embarked upon an interesting month of campaigning to support #nobodyshame.

We are taking a stand against criticism directed towards any individual’s shape and size: it’s who we are and that we are happy with ourselves that matters! We were to some degree inspired by the fabulous Whitney Way Thore and her no body shame campaign, although we take on the matter from the inside of the "beauty industry". By the end of the day, we stand together.

Say no to body criticism, say #nobodyshame !
Your Miss Fashion vs Beauty 2013 and #missFVB beloved director was guests of Simply Bare Cardiff (@Simply_Bare)

We will tell you more about how this went down during next week, but until then we have the pleasure of advising you to take this code: missFvB to Simply Bare for a 10% Discount!
Offer expires: Friday 31st October 2014

Stay tuned on Monday for more campaigning; we started our campaigning by asking you on Q&A Monday the same question we asked our 2014 participants and next week’s question will be linked to the topic investigated at Simply Bare!

Until next time,

Your Miss Fashion vs Beauty 2013, @ChristinaQvam xxx
